Opening the Door – For Orthodox Rabbis Only

Over a period of 15 months, B’nai David-Judea Congregation in Los Angeles, under the leadership of Rabbi Yosef Kanefsky, conducted a process of communal thinking and learning in order to adopt a policy for LGBTQ+ individuals and their families which they named: Keeping Our Families Whole.

Rabbi Kanefsky will share with us the model that he and his committee developed and implemented. After his presentation, you will be invited to a lively Q & A discussion. This is a closed event for Orthodox congregational rabbis, who have been surveyed as part of Eshel’s Welcoming Shuls Project.
