DESCRIPTION:About the Evening \nOver the past year\, Eshel’s revitalized programming initiative has engaged a diverse group of facilitators\, communities\, and institutional partners across NYC\, attracting close to 1000 individuals across 33 events. As we embark on Phase II of our Strategic Growth Plan\, Eshel is entering 5787 with even greater ambitions\, in NYC and beyond.  \nEshel invites you to join us in celebration and support of our growing NYC community for a beautiful summer evening\, with a rooftop view of the city on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Enjoy live piano\, an open bar\, and fleishig hors d’oeuvres brought to you by Village Crown Caterers. You will have the chance to mingle with old friends and new\, as you get a taste of Eshel’s work from the past year\, and a preview of what we have in store for our next season… \nThis event is 21+ and open to all. Summer garden party attire encouraged.  \nAll proceeds from this event will support the continued growth of Eshel’s NYC community. \nAbout the Performer \n			\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n			\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				LANDON BRAVERMAN is Brooklyn based composer/lyricist and Jewish songleader\, originally from Vancouver\, Canada. He is currently collaborating with Anna Jastrzembski on the original glam rock musical\, The Rise and Demise of Zuke & The Electric Jukes\, which was a finalist for the O’Neill and Jonathan Larson Award. It also played a sold-out concert at Joe’s Pub. His music has been featured at Lincoln Centre\, 54 Below\, NYMF\, and the Chutzpah Festival. When not working on new musicals\, Landon is the Family Music Director at the historic Kane Street Synagogue in Cobble Hill. He received his MFA from the Graduate Musical Theater Writing Program at NYU-Tisch. \n			\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				PLEASE NOTE: For internal tracking and discretion purposes\, we require separate registrations for each guest.
