DESCRIPTION:During this training\, you will learn to identify ways to support LGBTQ+ people in your Orthodox community. Whether you are a shul member\, day school parent\, or lay leader\, you can play a role in making LGBTQ+ individuals feel more welcome. \nThis training will cover information about the nature of the LGBTQ+ population and their needs\, skills for allyship in a variety of situations and institutions\, and opportunities to practice.
